Remote Client Response & Content Coordinator

Merkados Digital Agency is hiring a highly responsive and organized Remote Client Response & Content Coordinator to support our growing digital marketing agency.

We work primarily with local businesses, chiropractors, dentists, lawyers, plastic surgeons, and other service-based companies. Our agency builds lead-generation funnels and helps clients convert website visitors into appointments and customers.

The MOST important part of this role is responding quickly and professionally to incoming prospective client inquiries.

If you are organized, dependable, tech-savvy, and comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Respond quickly to inbound lead emails and inquiries
  • Monitor lead notifications and inboxes
  • Assist with newsletters and email campaigns
  • Create and edit AI-assisted articles and marketing content
  • Update CRM and lead tracking systems
  • Help organize communications and follow-up tasks
  • Support marketing and funnel operations

Requirements

  • Excellent written English
  • Strong communication skills
  • Extremely responsive and reliable
  • Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Reliable laptop and internet connection
  • Ability to work independently from home

Compensation & Schedule

  • 1099 contractor position
  • Fully remote
  • Up to 10 hours per week
  • $22/hour
  • Flexible remote schedule with structured daily response check-in windows
  • Contractors will monitor and respond to inbound inquiries during scheduled check-in periods throughout the day

Recommended Check-In Windows

  • 11:00 AM ET
  • 1:00 PM ET
  • 3:00 PM ET
  • 5:00 PM ET

Each check-in period typically lasts approximately 15–30 minutes and includes:

  • Reviewing new leads and inquiries
  • Responding to prospective clients
  • Updating CRM or lead systems
  • Managing inbox communication and follow-ups

Most inquiries should receive a same-day response during business hours.
